Same-day shipping on orders placed by 2pm, from our Minchinbury warehouse by AusPost.
Every order is packed at our warehouse in Minchinbury, NSW, and sent with AusPost. Orders placed by 2pm (Sydney time) on a business day are shipped the same day; orders after 2pm, on weekends or on public holidays go out the next business day.
Free Click & Collect
Choose Click & Collect in your cart to pick your order up from our warehouse at Unit 8/12 Eddie Road, Minchinbury NSW 2770, at no charge. We'll let you know when it's ready.
Rates
Shipping is one charge per order, based on where it's going and how many litres the order comes to. Checkout works it out from your postcode before you pay. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

An order's litres are the total of everything in it, so two 5 litre containers and a 1 litre can come to 11 litres. Kits, test kits and small packs count as a litre each.
Bulk orders and drums
Orders over 10 litres, drums included, are one charge whatever their size, so they can be ordered online like anything else. Where the table says “Call for a quote”, call 1800 441 163, 7am–7pm, seven days, and we'll work out the best way to send it. Workshops and fleets ordering regularly can ask about freight for larger quantities.
Overseas
New Zealand orders can be placed online. For anywhere else, we ship with AusPost International: email peter@liquidintelligence.com.au with the products, the quantities and the delivery address, and we'll reply with a quote, normally within 1–2 hours during Sydney business hours.
