Sports Racer series vehicles are powered by high tech production based motorcycle engines revving to 13,000rpm and lapping circuits at V8 Supercar times and so they have their own unique overheating issues.
Like most racing vehicle owners we know first hand that overheating can sap performance and potentially even damage your vehicle. We had heard good things about Liquid Intelligence 115 Super Waterless Coolant and we were so impressed that we have upgraded all our vehicles to use this amazing product.
Overheating is now just a non-issue for us… what can I say… it just works!

Carlton Dry Honda Racing prides themselves on using products that provide optimum performance.
Motor racing in Australia, specifically motocross is raced in a diverse range of conditions. The extremities place a lot of pressure on the team and we cannot allow any overheating issues.
The reason we choose to use Liquid Intelligence was because of its world renowned reputation and our own preseason testing. We never use non-genuine products without testing them ourselves.
This year we have raced in the heat and the mud and we haven’t had any reliability problems. During testing we put our engines through their paces and we had no temperature issues. At Carlton Dry Honda we only choose to use what works and with the data we have collected during testing and racing this season we can confidently say Liquid Intelligence works.

I am a big fan of Liquid Intelligence 115 waterless coolant…
While using Liquid Intelligence waterless coolant in the Australian Super X Series, we noticed that none of our bikes overheated. In the Australian Motorcross series in W.A., the conditions were really against us, with deep sand and extreme heat. Our bikes would normally have boiled and lost coolant here, but despite the heat, the deep sand and low gear work at high revs, we experienced no overheating issues at all.
To validate our findings with the 115 coolant we ran our Suzuki race bikes on the dyno with the temperature strips on the motors and radiators. We observed that with the Liquid Intelligence 115 in the cooling system the bikes ran considerably cooler and produced more horsepower.

To compete at the highest level against the factory teams, 07 Motorsports uses every advantage we can get. When running Liquid Intelligence in the team’s race bikes, we have noticed they run at a lower operating temperature and suffer from no coolant loss OR boil over, even in the toughest conditions. Lower temperatures, equals more horsepower and better results on the track!

My NZGT Evo 7 has had an on-going issue of over-heating, regularly seeing temperatures above 100deg Celsius, and I spent a lot of time and money trying to solve the problem by adding a larger radiator, bigger fans, using different water additives, adding expansion tanks, increasing the system pressure by using a high pressure cap (25psi) and increasing the water capacity by adding another tank, all of which were a waste of time and money as the problem was still there in some form or another. This route saw a couple of expensive race heads get hot spots on them and eventually they would just not cope and the head would either crack or warp due to the hot spots created by water boiling in the head.
Then a friend suggested Liquid Intelligence 115 so I looked on the website and thought the claims on there were too good to be true so I went to visit Roy King and told him my problem. After Roy explained how water reacts in a cooling system and how these hot spots come about it was clear to see that water, with no matter what additive you add, will just not give your engine the protection it deserves and at some stage it will have a problem caused by the heat the engine generates or indeed by the high pressure that some people, including myself at one stage, are running.
I got rid of all of the extra bits I had added, put a low pressure (14psi) radiator cap on then filled the system with Liquid Intelligence 115 as per Roy’s directions and went racing. The car, in open air, stayed at a steady 78–80deg Celsius and in heavy traffic (following another car or cars closely for a few laps) the max temperature the car reached was 87deg Celsius, to say I was happy was an understatement. With the car parked back in the pit garages directly after racing, with no air going through the radiator, the temperature stayed between 83–88deg, cycling on and off the fan, you could actually feel the heat being drawn out of the engine by this product and because it does not boil and create pressure you can actually take the radiator cap off and see the liquid doing its job.
I would not hesitate to recommend Liquid Intelligence 115 to anyone that wants to look after their engine, no matter what the application.

I just wanted to let you know how well your fantastic Liquid Intelligence 115 Coolant is performing in my Mazda RX-7 powered by a 6-litre Chev engine for endurance races.
It has kept my engine alive even on very hot days. It just keeps running and I can drive it harder, longer and faster, knowing that coolant loss will not be an issue.

My All-Wheel-Drive Holden Adventra has a 6.8 litre 418ci LS3 stroker built engine with twin R35 Garrett turbos. The engine dyno pulled 516 kW and 1600nm at all four wheels.
I use Liquid Intelligence 115 Synthetic Waterless Coolant in my OEM standard radiator. And with all this extra power and heat being generated, the engine temperature has never exceeded 90°C.
More power equals more heat… no traditional coolant can cope with this type of horse power. Liquid Intelligence 115 Synthetic Waterless Coolant is the only coolant that can keep my engine running within its normal running temperature parameters. I thoroughly recommend Liquid Intelligence 115 for all high performance engines.

I have use Liquid Intelligence 115 Waterless Coolant in our bikes for years. It is absolutely the best coolant I have ever used.
In the racing engines that I have built it totally prevented the boil over problems associated with waiting at the starting line before the races started. Also Liquid Intelligence 115 coolant seems to be transferring heat more efficiently making the engine itself actually run cooler.
I thoroughly recommend Liquid Intelligence 115 Coolant.

During a recent endurance event. Both of our team bikes ran extremely hot, but my bike (KTM 250 two stroke) boiled on both the Saturday and Sunday and on both occasions the bike ended the event with a few 100mls of coolant left, if that!
The bike boiled on a slow hill climb when air flow was limited due to the slow speed. The weather conditions that day weren’t extreme either, only low 20’s, so that just added to our concerns.
We were told about Liquid Intelligence 115 synthetic waterless coolant by one of our contacts in a local bike store when we spoke to her about our overheating and boiling issues.
We assessed the engine and noted that fortunately the wear and damage from the boiling event was minimal, so we only replaced the o-rings in the head. But then we flushed out the cooling system and began using liquid intelligence. Not once since then, has the bike boiled or lost power due to heat.
In competition conditions when many other bikes boil, I reckon I now have a serious and ‘legal’ advantage!
We recently rebuilt the engine in that bike and noticed that the wear from the original boiling episode hasn’t changed… this is after another 70 hours of competition use with the same Liquid Intelligence still in the cooling system!

“I noticed my bike lost zero coolant from the overflow tube nor did it hiss steam out”

I was first introduced to Liquid Intelligence back in January 2009 and the product immediately caught my attention as it promised zero coolant loss. In my 26 years of riding and racing dirt bikes I had always thought that some level of coolant boiling out of my radiators after a ride or a race was a nuisance I just had to put up with!
I followed the easy instructions on the LI can to replace the stock coolant in my 2 stroke 500cc dirt bike and then after fully warming up my bike I set out for a ride at my local track in Seaford, Victoria which comprises of a combination of deep sand and soft loam so puts some load on a dirt bike engine. After 15 minutes of riding I returned to my vehicle, lifted my bike up on the stand and after turning up the idle screw slightly I left the bike running at a steady idle stationary in the track car park for 10 minutes. In this time period I noticed my bike lost zero coolant from the overflow tube nor did it hiss steam out like it definitely would have using the standard water based coolant I had always used! I was amazed!
I gave some coolant to my friend Steve Powell, the owner/Mechanic of SP Motorsport/Byrners Suzuki Race Team and his testing in 30 minute moto race conditions and extensive dyno run testing confirmed what i had experienced too. Zero boil over and zero coolant loss and he also noted via temperature strips placed on top of the radiators that the race bikes ran 2 to 4 degrees cooler and also made more horsepower as a result!

I feel compelled to give some feedback after using Liquid Intelligence 318 brake fluid.
Last night, my son and daughter and I attended Subinats 23 at SMSP. It’s Australia’s largest Subaru sporting event held annually by the Impreza WRX Club.
My son and I competed in the Supersprint events on South, North and the GP circuits while my daughter took up shop on the skid pan. (All 3 cars are street legal and registered for daily use).
Out biggest hurdle has always been brakes, or lack there of, given the day starts at 9am and finishes around 10pm running South circuit in the morning, North circuit after lunch and finishing with GP for the evening under lights.
Last week we found out about Liquid Intelligence 318, did a little research and decided to give it a go in all 3 cars for the event. A great decision was made without knowing it at the time.
Race day was Saturday 30th September and the ambient temp was going to hit 32 degrees at Eastern Creek. Not ideal for our cars.
I can honestly say by the end of the evening, neither track car experienced any brake fade and could genuinely brake later and harder on every turn with greater confidence, especially Turn 2.
We are just a family team enjoying our motorsport together. We don’t run for Sheep Stations, just for the love of it. So our budget reflects our mods list.
You’re product 318, has given our cars an upgrade in the brake department without the expense of massive brake upgrades.
So on behalf of VJM Motorsports, we just wanted to say thank you for developing a product that does what it claims. It honestly helps grassroots teams like ours.

I’m Mike Reiter and I manage a pastoral lease located in North Queensland. The property is currently running a mixed herd of 9,000 head. When mustering it’s hard to keep the dirt bikes from overheating, especially when herding at low speed on those very hot days. Most of our ATV’s will overheat and go into limp mode… this has always been a problem for us in the hotter months.
We found Liquid Intelligence 115 on the web and spoke to Peter. He guaranteed he could fix our overheating problems using his waterless coolant. I was a bit doubtful so I only purchased enough to do one of the ATV’s. We ran it for a few months without any overheating problems. But what sold me was when we had a week of almost 50°C days. All the bikes overheated except the ATV with the waterless coolant… We now have Peter’s waterless coolant in all the bikes and a few generators and pumps. I’m very happy to recommend this fantastic intelligent liquid to anybody.

We are running mesh screen on our ATV 800s to keep grass seeds from blocking the radiators. However the screens still get blocked causing reduced air flow through the radiators. And in our summer heat this causes plenty of serious problems with the ATVs overheating… especially because these quads work hard all day doing general work and mustering.
We started using Liquid Intelligence 115 in the ATVs with great success. We still have grass seeds blocking the radiator screens and very hot days but the constant overheating problems have all gone. Liquid Intelligence 115 Coolant has without doubt improved the reliability of our work quads. We are very happy to recommend this fantastic new coolant to anybody.

For a long time I have been trying to fix an intermittent cooling problem with no success. I had replaced the thermostat, sensor and exhaust mixing elbow with no success.
So I researched a bit on Google and found your product. I mixed it in a plastic rubbish bin and recirculated it through the engine for a bout half an hour. I then left it to stand for a week , recirculated it again and then flushed the engine with Part B of the kit . After that I flushed the engine and ran seawater through as per normal. I’m happy to inform you that the problem is solved and thank you very much!!

Over the many years of my involvement in the motor industry I witnessed many lubricant and coolant products that were developed to rectify design faults in mass produced vehicles.
The Liquid Intelligence 115 High Temperature Coolant is by far the most successful engine over heating design fault rectifier that I have ever used.
Over the 50 years I have been restoring veteran, vintage and classic cars I have found that one of most prevalent design faults in these vehicles involves the cooling system.
My 1904, 1906 and 1909 Fords are especially prone to over heating as do others in my car collection.
I have personally tested and will continue to use Liquid Intelligence 115 High Temperature Coolant in my early Fords. Under rally conditions it has totally eliminated the overheating and boil-over problems I was experiencing.
My cars are now able to be used and are no longer just curiosities destined for a museum.
I am enthusiastic about this product and I have no hesitation in endorsing it. In fact I’m so impressed with its performance that I asked the manufacturer to allow me to introduce it to my friends and colleagues in the Veteran, Vintage and Classic car movement.
Eliminating the overheating problem will enable more of these wonderful vehicles to get back on to the road.

I want you to know that your product has worked a treat on my 1974 Triumph 2500 TC.
I recently bought this car which is low mileage but 46 years old. Only 40,000km but has been kept in the shed for most of its life.
It ran hot and would go to extremely hot when in slow traffic. I used your Liquid Intelligence 239 kit and it now shows well under half on the temp gauge scale in the same running conditions. I was about to remove the radiator, and have it cleaned or replaced but was encouraged to try this product by a local engine restoration person (whom hasn’t used the product but has seen it on line). His theory was to at least clean the engine out first and so determine if the radiator alone is the cause. Obviously, this product works well.
His 46-year-old engine had rust scale on the water jacket walls and ran hot in traffic before the clean.

“Liquid Intelligence 115 performed as advertised and totally eliminated cavitation erosion and corrosion”

ILS Engineering is a specialist in preventative maintenance and contract servicing of diesel generators, vacuum pumps, blowers & compressors.
After years of servicing and repairing diesel generators we have seen one particular recurring problem that is common to most makes and models… that is cavitation erosion.
Cavitation erosion can eventually causes the engine to fail without a lot of notice… this can be seriously expensive to repair and often involves inconvenient down time for the generators in question.
We have repaired many wet-sleeve liners that have been damaged by cavitation erosion. The pitting can penetrate the liner wall until perforations go all the way through to the combustion chamber even though a good reputable big brand coolant was used in its cooling system.
About 5 years ago I was introduced to Liquid Intelligence 115 Synthetic Waterless Coolant as a preventative maintenance product that would prevent or stop wet-sleeve liner cavitation erosion.
Liquid Intelligence 115 performed as advertised and totally eliminated cavitation erosion and corrosion… our service engineers have not replaced any wet-sleeves damaged by erosion since.
We are extremely happy with this coolant… its saved our service customers thousands of dollars in maintenance costs… and further improved our reputation as leaders in this industry. We thoroughly recommend it.

Just wanted to let you know that your Stop Leak Seal Expander worked like a charm for me. I have an old Mitsubishi L300 4WD van, which developed a very bad oil leak, which my local mechanic told me was coming from the front crank seal. Not only was there a puddle of oil under it every time I stopped, but also the whole bottom of the van was covered in oil from blowback when driving.
My mechanic told me this would be about $800 to $1000 to repair, as the timing belt and tensioners had to all come out, and may as well be replaced at the same time, just to get to the crank seal. Also everything is very hard to get at in these vans! He told me he had heard a few good reports about your products, and it was probably worth giving it a go, and save myself a costly repair if it worked.
Well, it did!! I put 500ml in with the oil as you told me to on the phone. I reckon it took about 4 hours of driving and also I let it idle for a few hours a day for a few days. Kept degreasing underneath and gradually the leak got less and less, until now it is bone dry! Bloody amazing!! A fantastic product, and a great backup service, where you can actually speak to you on the phone about the product.
His mechanic traced the leak to the front crank seal and quoted $800 to $1000 to replace it.

I put 500ml of Liquid Intelligence in my oil tank as you said. I didn’t bother degreasing it, there was oil everywhere. Drove around 500km in a week and a half.
Degreased the engine today, drove it around 15km, put cardboard underneath the engine and let it idle for 30 mins. NOT A SINGLE DROP came out. This stuff is absolutely amazing. I used to get around 5 drips in different areas every 2 seconds!
I just wanted to contact you to tell you how good this worked for me. I was quoted over $2200 for new seals, cam seals, rocker cover seals…you name it. I’m going to book it in for a RWC next week, with full confidence.
Thank you for the outstanding customer service Peter, from start to finish. You have an outstanding product!
Gary rang Peter before buying to make sure 230 would suit his engine.

I purchased the Radiator and Block Cleaning Kit along with the Seal Expander earlier this year and wanted to share my experience.
I tackled the radiator clean over the weekend, which ended up taking a few days in total. For Part A, I followed your video’s advice and used a sock as a filter (as shown in the attached image). I also used a sock for Part B, though I don’t have a picture of that one. Both caught a lot of debris, with the sock from Part B being particularly grimy! I’ve also attached a few images of the water from Part B for reference. I think I drained it about 7 or 8 times altogether. And as you can see it progressively became cleaner.
In addition to the cleaning, I replaced the radiator hoses and thermostat, which were long overdue. They hadn’t been changed since I got the car in 1998!
The car is now running great. I took it for a short drive after the clean, and everything seemed fine. I’m planning a longer trip to visit my mum in Laurieton this Christmas, which will be the real test, but I’m confident the cooling system will be much more efficient now given the amount of gunk I cleared out.
I also added some of the 230 Seal Expander to the power steering unit and will monitor its performance.
It’s now a few weeks later and I’m happy to report that my 1997 Commodore is likely running better now than it did when it was new. During a recent trip, it handled a substantial load over several days in high ambient temperatures, and the temperature gauge stayed in the lower third throughout. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results!
I’ve already shared your details with several people and will continue to do so. Thanks again for such excellent products!
He had an ongoing overheating problem and talked it through with Peter before using the 239 kit; his sock filters caught iron salts, rust and sludge over two days of flushing.

I purchased your Cooling System Oil sludge Remover in June of this year to use in a ford transit where the oil cooler had leaked into the cooling circuit. As instructed I applied the product in 2 lots half a tin each time. the cooling system had already been flushed by the mechanic who replaced the oil cooler, however the coolant still showed substantial oil contamination. He had advised he could do no more as he had already flushed several times.
The first application of your product resulted in a very black coolant discharge. After the second application following your instructions I flushed the circuit with a hose until all the soapy residue was clear and then refilled with the correct coolant. Now some 2 months later I am really happy to report that the coolant is completely free of any oil contamination.
Thank you for your patience and explanation on the phone at the time of purchase, I am really pleased with the product and think it is great value for money.

My Camry had a breach on 2 cylinders, one of which was blowing from the combustion chamber to the outside of the engine. The other from the combustion chamber into the radiator water. They were both big breaches. The mechanic quoted us more than the Camry was worth to fix it.
After using your Liquid Intelligence 245 head gasket fluid, and Liquid Intelligence 243 granular sealer, it sealed completely.

Thanks so much for what you do. The car isn’t worth much, but I think you should know that what you have come up with was a big help to me.
He was quoted $1500 to fix two large head gasket breaches and fixed them himself for about $100 using 245 with 243 as a sealing aid.

Agree, it works!!. A fully blown head casket of our KIA Grand Carnival now fixed with “Liquid Intelligence 245 Blown Head Gasket Repair liquid”.
We have been using the car for over 12 months now. No more white smoke, no more shaking, no more continuous ‘check engine’ flashing on dashboard.
This is truly an amazing solution instead of spending thousands to repair or buying new engine.
Having said the above, its best to look after your car by having regular service or simply do basics checks on water/coolant, oil and filters. Otherwise you will learn the hard way like I did.
Tell us the make, the model and what it's doing, and we'll tell you straight whether one of our products will fix it. We're on the phone 7am–7pm, seven days.
