If a Liquid Intelligence product is used as directed, in an application for which it is recommended, and does not perform substantially as described, simply contact us to discuss the outcome. We may ask a few questions regarding the vehicle, equipment, operating conditions, symptoms, diagnosis, and method of application to ensure the product was suitable for the intended purpose and used correctly.

If we determine that the product was used correctly in a recommended application and has not delivered the expected result, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Liquid Intelligence accepts no liability for consequential, incidental, indirect, or commercial losses, including but not limited to equipment damage, component failure, downtime, loss of productivity, towing, hire costs, business interruption, or repair expenses arising from incorrect diagnosis, misuse, improper application, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product’s recommended application.
