Carlton Dry Honda Racing prides themselves on using products that provide optimum performance.

Motor racing in Australia, specifically motocross is raced in a diverse range of conditions. The extremities place a lot of pressure on the team and we cannot allow any overheating issues.

The reason we choose to use Liquid Intelligence was because of its world renowned reputation and our own preseason testing. We never use non-genuine products without testing them ourselves.

This year we have raced in the heat and the mud and we haven’t had any reliability problems. During testing we put our engines through their paces and we had no temperature issues. At Carlton Dry Honda we only choose to use what works and with the data we have collected during testing and racing this season we can confidently say Liquid Intelligence works.

To compete at the highest level against the factory teams, 07 Motorsports uses every advantage we can get. When running Liquid Intelligence in the team’s race bikes, we have noticed they run at a lower operating temperature and suffer from no coolant loss OR boil over, even in the toughest conditions. Lower temperatures, equals more horsepower and better results on the track!

It is absolutely the best coolant I have ever used.

I have use Liquid Intelligence 115 Waterless Coolant in our bikes for years. It is absolutely the best coolant I have ever used.

In the racing engines that I have built it totally prevented the boil over problems associated with waiting at the starting line before the races started. Also Liquid Intelligence 115 coolant seems to be transferring heat more efficiently making the engine itself actually run cooler.

I thoroughly recommend Liquid Intelligence 115 Coolant.

In competition conditions when many other bikes boil, I reckon I now have a serious and ‘legal’ advantage!

During a recent endurance event. Both of our team bikes ran extremely hot, but my bike (KTM 250 two stroke) boiled on both the Saturday and Sunday and on both occasions the bike ended the event with a few 100mls of coolant left, if that!

The bike boiled on a slow hill climb when air flow was limited due to the slow speed. The weather conditions that day weren’t extreme either, only low 20’s, so that just added to our concerns.

We were told about Liquid Intelligence 115 synthetic waterless coolant by one of our contacts in a local bike store when we spoke to her about our overheating and boiling issues.

We assessed the engine and noted that fortunately the wear and damage from the boiling event was minimal, so we only replaced the o-rings in the head. But then we flushed out the cooling system and began using liquid intelligence. Not once since then, has the bike boiled or lost power due to heat.

In competition conditions when many other bikes boil, I reckon I now have a serious and ‘legal’ advantage!

We recently rebuilt the engine in that bike and noticed that the wear from the original boiling episode hasn’t changed… this is after another 70 hours of competition use with the same Liquid Intelligence still in the cooling system!

I noticed my bike lost zero coolant from the overflow tube nor did it hiss steam out

I was first introduced to Liquid Intelligence back in January 2009 and the product immediately caught my attention as it promised zero coolant loss. In my 26 years of riding and racing dirt bikes I had always thought that some level of coolant boiling out of my radiators after a ride or a race was a nuisance I just had to put up with!

I followed the easy instructions on the LI can to replace the stock coolant in my 2 stroke 500cc dirt bike and then after fully warming up my bike I set out for a ride at my local track in Seaford, Victoria which comprises of a combination of deep sand and soft loam so puts some load on a dirt bike engine. After 15 minutes of riding I returned to my vehicle, lifted my bike up on the stand and after turning up the idle screw slightly I left the bike running at a steady idle stationary in the track car park for 10 minutes. In this time period I noticed my bike lost zero coolant from the overflow tube nor did it hiss steam out like it definitely would have using the standard water based coolant I had always used! I was amazed!

I gave some coolant to my friend Steve Powell, the owner/Mechanic of SP Motorsport/Byrners Suzuki Race Team and his testing in 30 minute moto race conditions and extensive dyno run testing confirmed what i had experienced too. Zero boil over and zero coolant loss and he also noted via temperature strips placed on top of the radiators that the race bikes ran 2 to 4 degrees cooler and also made more horsepower as a result!

The hill country between Bathurst and Hill End

All bikes boiled and overheated in this rough country… except mine.

Over Christmas, four friends and I helped out mustering on a property between Bathurst and Hill End. By midday it was well over 40°C and the country we were riding in was hilly to straight up and down. All bikes boiled and overheated in this rough country… except mine. The only difference was that my KTM 400 had your Liquid Intelligence 115 in it. I had no overheating issues at all and I traveled twice the distance my friends did.

Well done on a great product. This stuff really works.

I have been having some overheating problems with my 2009 KTM 400 EXC-R on tight trails and big rutty hill climbs in the Watagans State Forest.

I used Liquid Intelligence 115 waterless coolant in the bike on another ride at the Watagans State Forest last weekend. The trail had all the elements to cause a boil-over again, but there was no overheating whatsoever despite the same big hills and hot conditions. Good on the product… it works as claimed.
