Liquid Intelligence 500 is the best non-waterless coolant you can get: a long-life antifreeze and anti-boil coolant, premixed 50/50 with demineralised water, so it's ready to use with no dilution.
In a hotplate test standing in for the hot inner walls of a cooling system, traditional green coolant vaporised at just over 100°C, while 500's anti-boil additives stopped it vaporising. It won't fail in heavy traffic on a hot day.
It mixes with all green coolants and inhibitor types, including ethylene glycol and long-life, low-depletion inhibitors, in any amount, for a top-up or a complete fill. It also tops up Organic Acid Technology (OAT) and Hybrid Type A coolants, and Type B inhibitor-only solutions.
Its phosphate-free, long-life corrosion inhibitors protect every internal surface, aluminium in particular, and it's compatible with plastics, rubbers and seals. It suits all passenger vehicles, 4WDs, light and heavy commercials, stationary engines and motorcycles.
Testing and standards
500 meets or exceeds AS 2108.2004, the Australian Standard coolant test methods, which mirror the Japanese, British and American standards and most OEM coolant standards. Its hybrid organic corrosion inhibitors have been tested by the consulting services of the University of New South Wales and Curtin University, and by Intertek Laboratories.
The standout result is the ASTM D1384 glassware corrosion test: 500 had zero corrosion on all the metals in an automotive cooling system, an uncommonly good result that would put it in the top 1% of reputable automotive coolants in the world.

Instructions/How to Use 500
- Remove the radiator cap or the overflow reservoir cap.
- Add 500 straight into the cooling system, through the radiator or the overflow reservoir.
- Refit the cap securely.
It's already mixed 50/50 with demineralised water, so don't dilute it. There's no limit on how much you use, for a top-up or a complete fill.
